Stéphane L.

Stéphane graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and has almost a 25-year experience in financial services in consulting and banking. After 5 years in the French Ministry of Transport and 6 years at McKinsey, he took managerial positions at Natixis in France and in the international network, where he was notably Head of Strategy. Before founding ValueQuest, he was Head of EMEA Emerging Countries in Natixis’ CIB. Frédéric graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (Statistics & Economics). After 7 years spent on various economic policy issues at the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance and the European Central Bank, he joined McKinsey & Co in 2000, and served clients in industry and financial institutions on operational improvement programs and various strategic issues, in particular M&A projects. In 2007, he founded a company in the renewable energy sector. Once his business had been taken over, he moved back to consulting in 2017, and joined ValueQuest in 2018. He is mostly active in Private Banking and Wholesale Banking on various transformation programs.

Martin

Graduted from EM LYON in 2000, Martin evolves for almost 20 years in financial services, as well in banking groups as in consultancies. After a first experience as a portfolio manager at Deutsche Bank, Martin joins Accenture where he has been involved in various consulting assignments, in particular the creation of a private bank within a large mutual banking group. Martin joins BPCE Group in 2006 where he held various positions in corporate functions at Natixis Wealth Management, Crédit Foncier or Natixis CIB. After an entrepreneurial adventure in robotics, Martin joins ValueQuest in january 2018. His fields of expertise cover in particular retail banking, wealth and asset management, corporate and investment banking on topics such as business transformation, project management, organization, innovation management, operating efficiency...

Michel is a Supelec graduate and holder of a Master’s degree from Georgia Tech since 2004. Michel built his experience in the Financial Services industry in various management and strategy consulting firms (Accenture, PWC, Exeis Conseil, Ares & Co). He also founded a start-up in the EdTech sector. His consulting assignements for insurance companies and banks mainly covered topics for Risk, Finance, IT and Innovation departments. His field of expertise range from organization and operational efficiency issues to strategic programs management, with a strong background on regulatory projects and credit risk management.

Loïc

Graduate from ESCP since 2005, Loïc has acquired a combined experience in management consulting and banking services where he worked as a retail banking branch manager and then as a member of the internal audit team.

He has worked on a broad range of topics including  improvement of business processes, governance models (conception and implementation), permanent control (organization and operations management), front office compliance (KYC and client advisory) and retail banking salesforce management (setting of sales objectives and day to day management of financial advisors).

Holder of a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Mesil began his career in the in corporate finance (equity capital operations, mergers and acquisitions, debt issuance), then in financial audit with a clientele of investment funds and mid-market companies. As he wished to turn towards management consulting, he choosed to join ValueQuest early in 2017. He intervened on topics such as organization, processes optimization and IT outsourcing, in particular in the insurance sector.

Léa

Graduated from Paris-Dauphine University in Finance, Léa started her career in Wealth Management (customer relationship, financing needs and loan applications analysis). Then, she chose to continue her career in the Private Equity field joining an investment company (investment portfolio valuation and reporting). As she wished to move towards management consulting, she joined ValueQuest in 2018.

Michel graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Mangement with a Master's degree in Finance. He started his career in corporate finance consultancy (equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions), then in coverage at Crédit Agricole on large-market companies. Then he joined a fintech specialized in fundraising operations. In 2021, he decided to join ValueQuest as a strategy and management consultant. He has notably worked on customer relations and outsourcing issues.

Blandine

Graduate from ESCP Business School, Blandine has worked two years in the front-office project and support team of Amundi. This brought her to participate in the continuous improvement of the asset management platform ALTO* as well as its commercial deployment by Amundi Technology. She joined ValueQuest in the fall 2021 and took part in a change through innovation mission, in the credit risk department of a large bank.
