The consultants we are looking for are graduates of the best French and European engineering and business schools or universities
We recruit both junior and experienced consultants, with experience gained in a recognized consulting firm, ideally coupled with operational experience in banking or insurance

Know-how and experience are essential to our consultants, but interpersonal skills and personality are just as important: we are looking for strong personalities willing to take part in a human and entrepreneurial adventure

Recruitment process

The recruitment process includes three to four interviews with Managers or Partners, scheduled to fit in with your availability and situation

As in most consulting firms, during the interview, you may be asked to solve situational exercises, case studies or “brain teasers”

The purpose is to understand your personality, assess your intellectual agility and knowledge of the consulting and financial services business, and whether you are compatible with ValueQuest culture
